Hotel Florence Milano, Milan

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the metro station and the main shopping street of Milan. The rooms are spacious with a lovely balcony to relax, but there was a persistent smell of old furniture. The service was courteous and kind, although there was an unexpected cash payment required for city tax. The dining options were diverse and the facilities well-appointed.

The hotel offers clean and accommodating rooms, a friendly and helpful service, and a location near transportation options. However, the lack of a good breakfast and the small lift were slight drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfy, with a nice balcony overlooking the gardens, although the customer service flow could use some improvement. Service was a mix of grumpy and helpful staff, with a beautiful lady at the morning shift. The location was excellent for accessing the metro and Milano Centrale Station. The dining options were good, and the breakfast had a nice variety. The facilities were satisfactory, though I had to pay an extra 20 euros for city tax in cash, which was unexpected.
